The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Returns will be accepted on a rare case of a "MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE" item which will be exchanged for the same item when the same item is in stock otherwise an exchange of equal value will be allowed. Also return for an exchange will be allowed ONLY if a wrong item was shipped by us.
Otherwise, under no circumstances do we accept returns nor do we exchange merchandise ordered at AfriQ Expressions. Defective items MUST be returned within 7 business days of delivery confirmation and must be received back at our office within 10 business days of delivery confirmation.
Returns can be shipped to the return address on your package or call for a return address. The customer is responsible for carefully repackaging the items securely to avoid any damages during shipping. The customer pays for the return shipping and must insure the package. "AfriQ Expressions" is not obligated to issue a refund for returned shipments that do not arrive at our facility or arrive in an unused and good condition. Thanks for shopping with us.
Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours.
Items are shipped the following methods and are received within:
Standard delivery - 10 business days
Super Express delivery - 2 business days
Priority flat rate by USPS 2-5days
Express delivery - 4 business days
Note: Express delivery methods may not be offered if the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, or if product regulations prevent air shipment. The cost of Express delivery methods includes standard shipping charges plus the cost of expediting the shipping process to ensure timely shipping.
Some specialty items may require additional delivery time. If a specialty item requires additional delivery time, it will be noted on the Product Details page of www.Afriqexpressions.com. If ordering by phone, one of our representatives will provide you with shipping time frames at the time of purchase.
Please note: The common carrier is not affiliated in any way with AfriQ Expressions. The common carrier is not an agent nor is it a subcontractor of AfriQ Expressions. The common carrier is not authorized to represent or act on behalf of AfriQ Expressions. In all matters including the delivery services described above the common carrier is acting on its own behalf and not on behalf on AfriQ Expressions.
Carriers are UPS and USPS and shipping charges are at the customers expense.
